The Concept
A bar that
takes its time.
The Bazaar Bar is named for the old marketplace this building once overlooked. We did not try to recreate that. But the spirit is there. Things brought in from outside the city. Conversations that go longer than expected.
The wine list is mostly Georgian. The cocktails use local herbs and whatever the market had that week. The food is small, seasonal, and not very fussy.
Walk-ins welcome. The courtyard is open when the weather agrees.
